- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I think the good reviews that have been written, must have been done by friends and family. This salon is run by inexperienced unprofessional staff who haven’t got a clue about customer service. I had a set of party lashes done by a girl who clearly had little or no experience. My lashes fell out after 2 days and I was told that I could have a 20% discount on a future treatment!! Totally unprofessional as I should of been given a refund. Do these people really think that I would go back after such terrible customer service! I had to seek professional advice when my lashes hadn’t grown back after three months. I was told they had been completely damaged and would need months of treatment before they will return. DO NOT use this salon if you want a professional experience.By Admin, August 06, 2020
